Basketball Court Rental Information

At Yamana Tea Industry Co., Ltd. Eagle Logistics Warehouse, we offer basketball court rentals with the aim of revitalizing and contributing to the local community.
As part of our commitment to the community, we're offering free lending services. please feel free to use it.
For a more enjoyable experience, kindly review the following guidelines and make a reservation in advance.


【Reception hours】  Weekdays: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
【Rental Hours】　     Weekdays: ① 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM.
                          　     Weekdays: ② 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
【Reservation procedure】 We only accept reservations made by phone

《Application procedure and lending process》
1. Please be sure to make a reservation in advance by [phone]
We would greatly appreciate it if you could let us know whether you would prefer to make a reservation for option ① or option ②.
2. Please fill out the consent form in advance and submit it at the reception desk on the day of the event.

　・All participants must sign the consent form.
　・If you do not fill out the form, we cannot lend you the basketball court.
　・For kids it is important for us to have your parent or guardian's contact information on file in case of any accidents or damages. Please fill in their name and phone number.
　・If you have a reservation, you can fill out the forms when you arrive.
3. Please come to our office on the day of your visit to check in. You will need to fill out a form.
4. Please inform before and after using the facilities, including when using the restroom.
5. Please clean up after yourself, including any trash, so that the next person can use the space comfortably.


《Notes》
・We are not liable for any injuries or accidents that occur on the premises unless caused by our intentional act or gross negligence.
・In the event of any damage, you must immediately notify us and pay for all repair costs.
・Please take your own trash with you. There are no trash cans provided.
・Please note that there may be trucks and other vehicles coming in and out during rental hours due to shipping activities.
　In order to ensure the safety of both our customers and our staff, we will be unable to offer rentals on days when we have shipping operations.

Q.What should I do if there's no one at the reception desk?
A.There may be people working inside the warehouse.
   For assistance, please call 080-9941-8709 and ask for Muramatsu 

Q. As I don't have a phone, could I make a reservation through email or in person?
A. As a special arrangement, you can make a reservation and complete the consent form on-site up until the day before.
　If the date you wish to use is fully booked, please choose another day for your reservation.
